TIP: If you have a very restricted carbohydrate amount you can always just use a small drop of food colouring and paint on the decoration or you can colour some double cream or some of your prescription products such as liquigen/calogen and pour over the top to serve.
Ingredients
- 41g Coconut - desiccated
- 17g Egg whites
- 6g Philadelphia full fat cheese
- 7g Butter
- 1g Truvia Granules or sweetener of choice
- You will also need red & black icing tubes - MORRISONS (very low cho and
- suitable in small amounts as decoration) and a few drops of liquid sweetener
Instructions
- Beat the egg white untill frothy.
- Beat the sugar and sweetener into the Philadelphia & butter.
- Mix in the coconut combine with the egg white.
- Make into volcano shapes and put onto non stick parchment or easy release foil.
- Bake in oven 160c /140c fan /g as 3 for approximately 15 minutes until firm.
- When cold paint on red larva flow with the icing tubes.
