POP OVERS WITH CREAM

Ingredients
- 16g Butter
- 22g Coconut milk
- 4g Coconut Flour TIANA
- 26g Cream, fresh, clotted
- 23g Eggs, whole, raw
- 10g Strawberries, raw
Instructions
- You will also need some Joseph's sugar free Maple Syrup (or syrup of your choice).
- Reserve the Strawberries, cream and syrup
- Pre-heat oven 190c/Fan 170c/Gas 6
- Put the butter into 4 moulds either muffin size or cupcake if you want make smaller ones.
- Combine the other ingredients you can add a little sweetener or vanilla extract if desired.
- Mix in 10mls of water leave to stand while you place the moulds oven until the butter is melted.
- Pour the batter on the melted butter (do not stir it in)
- Cook for approx 15mins. Leave in the moulds for a few mins to allow the butter to be absorbed.
- Stir a little Maple syrup into the cream and serve in the centre of the popovers topped with sliced strawberries
- The popovers Freeze well so they are good for batching. Just add strawberries cream & syrup when serving
