WAFFLE SNACK with MCT oil

If you don't want to use Alpro Light it is OK to replace it with cold water
This makes a good snack at supper time
Ingredients
- 8g Coconut Flour TIANA
- 10g MCT oil
- 19g Alpro Light
- 12g Eggs, whole, raw
- 6g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
- 15g Jam, reduced sugar
Instructions
- You will also need a few drops of vanilla extract & liquid sweetener
- Reserve the Jam
- Beat all the other ingredients together.
- You may need a few drops of water to loosen the mix (it should spread quite easily into the waffle iron)
- Cook in the waffle iron for approx 3-4 mins
- Serve with the jam
