Good for batching & freezing
A sweetener of your chopice can be used in place of Sukrin
Gold but it does add to the flavour & colour of the buns.
Ingredients
- 8g Raisins
- 10g Butter
- 20g MCT oil
- 50g Eggs, whole, raw
- 27g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
- 10g Sukrin Gold
- 2g Psyllium Husk
Instructions
- You will also need 1/2 teasp of mixed spice or cinnamon 1 teaspoon Barkat Baking powder
- Reserve the butter
- Mix together the Fiberflour, spice & Barkat. Chop the raisins and stir into the flour.
- Beat together the MCT oil, egg & SUKRIN GOLD sweetener.
- Mix into the dry ingredients. Leave to stand for 2 mins.
- Put into 2 lightly greased muffin moulds Smooth the top.
- Bake in preheated oven 190c/170c Fan/Gas 6 for approx 15mins
- Serve cut in half and spread with the butter.
- Or you could use the butter to form a cross on the top
