Rhea is starting a Ketogenic Diet for her epilepsy and she has lots of questions! This animated film helps explain all in a child and family friendly way.

This booklet has been written as a simple guide for children to be able to understand what the diet is all about. It is useful for siblings, friends, extended family and schools too. It has proven one of our most popular publications as you can see by all the different languages that it has been translated into.
