Please share your recipes with us, together with your name and a photo if possible. They will then be Tried and Tested through our KetoKitchen and featured on our website for others to use. You will of course be credited for your recipe.

The Matthew’s Friends Tried and Tested stamp means that the recipe has been through our keto kitchen and tested by one of our chefs to make sure that it works and is suitable for you to try at home.

Please note that we are in the process of updating all our recipes to the MAFF 7 (McCance and Widdowson Food Data Tables version 7). MAFF 7 is written in the footnote of our recipe – If you do NOT see MAFF 7 in the footnote of our recipe then please get your dietitian to check it or if you have EKM (Electronic Ketogenic Manager) then please re-enter the recipe as it may have changed slightly depending on the ingredients used. We are doing our best to work through our older versions of recipes to bring them up to date with the updated food values. If you are in any doubt you can always send it through to us ketokitchen@matthewsfriends.org and we will check it for you.
