I used frozen sweetcorn.
Ingredients
- 14g Butter
- 35g Mushrooms, common, raw
- 28g Olive oil
- 16g Sweetcorn, kernels, raw
- 50g Frankfurter Morrisons Vacuum pack
- 80g Cauliflower, raw
Instructions
- You will also need some GIA Garlic Paste & 1/4 Knorr Chicken stock cube
- Dissolve the Knorr in 50mls hot water
- Grate the cauliflower, chop the mushrooms and slice the franfurters
- Fry the mushrooms in the oil, add butter, stock cube and water. Cook for 1 minute
- Stir in the sliced Frankfurters, sweetcorn, Gia garlic & grated cauliflower.
- Cook for 2 mins
