Ingredients
- 14g Chicken, light meat roasted
- 15g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
- 20g Onions, raw
- 14g Double Cream Morrisons
- 12g Butter
- 20g Eggs, whole, raw
- You will also need a pinch of dried herbs & a little Gia Garlic(optional)
Instructions
- Chop the chicken, broccoli & onions as fine as possible.
- Fry the onion in the butter gently till cooked
- Add the chicken & broccoli with 10mls water heat through thoroughly
- Add the cream, egg herbs & garlic stir til cooked through
