SAUSAGE RISOTTO

Ingredients
- 87g Skinny pasta rice
- 20g Frankfurters - HERTA
- 24g Mushrooms
- 11g Butter
- 18g Olive oil
- 18g Sweetcorn β GREEN GIANT β drained
- 2g Cornflour
- You will also need some GIA Garlic Paste & 1/4 Knorr Chicken stock cube
Instructions
- Dissolve the Knorr in 50mls hot water
- Prepare the skinny pasta rice by rinsing well under running cold water then heat in freshwater for 2 mintes and drain.
- Chop the mushrooms and slice the franfurters
- Fry the mushrooms in the oil, add butter, cornflour, stock cube and water. Cook for 1 minute
- Stir in the sliced Frankfurters, sweetcorn, Gia garlic & skinny pasta rice and cook for 2 mins
- Season to taste. You could add some dried herbs
