BANANA BREAD Low Ratio

Ingredients
- 24g Bananas, flesh only
- 18g Butter
- 43g Eggs, whole, raw
- 26g Coconut Powder TRS or East End
- You will also need a 1/4 teasp liquid sweetener or 3g of Truvia granules. a good pinch of cinamon, 1/4 teasp Barkat baking powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 170c/150c Fan Gas 3/4
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Soften or melt butter mix into the dry ingredients with the beaten egg, sweetener - & mashed banana
- Put into silicone mini loaf mould or mould of your choice
- Cook for 15 - 20 mins
- Cool before turning out
