This makes a good portion, or it can easily be divided into 4 snack / desserts.
Ingredients
- 31g Almond four flurry β HOLLAND & BARRETT
- 40g Eggs
- 4g Olive oil
- 3g Psyllium husk β TELEPHONE BRAND SAT-ISABGOL
- You will also need a tiny pinch of salt, 15g water, ΒΌ - Β½ teaspoon of liquid sweetener, ΒΌ teaspoon BARKAT baking powder and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, oil, beaten egg, water, Barkat, vanilla and sweetener.
- Cook in waffle iron for approximately 4 minutes.
- Serve with Josephβs sugar free maple syrup, or syrup of your choice.
