Ingredients
- 10g Lamb, leg, lean and fat, roast
- 10g Green beans/French beans, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
- 15g Vegetable Oil Morrisons
- 12g Blueberries Morrisons
- 25g Clotted Cream Tescos
- 10g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
- 13g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
- 36g Celeriac, boiled
Instructions
- You will s also need a little Knorr Touch of Taste or stock cube to make gravy
- Heat the oil in an ovenproof dish add the celeriac and roast till brown. Keep warm while you make the gravy by adding a little water and Knorr to the residue oil. Stir in a half teasp of the clotted cream This makes a nice gravy.
- Serve with the lamb & vegetables.
- For dessert serve the Blueberries with the remaining clotted cream
