MKD Lamb Dinner & Dessert

Ingredients
- 49g Lamb, leg, lean and fat, roast
- 33g Double Cream Morrisons EXTRA THICK
- 10g Vegetable Oil Morrisons
- 20g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
- 11g Lindt 90% Cocoa Dark supreme
- 22g Carrots, young, boiled
- 35g Celeriac, boiled
- 18g Green beans/French beans, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
Instructions
- You will also need a little Knorr Touch of Taste or stock cube
- Reserve 1 teasp of the cream.
- Melt the chocolate and stir into the cream to make a chocolate dessert. leave in the fridge til required
- Heat the oil in a small ovenproof dish add the celeriac and roast til brown
- Keep warm while you make the gravy by adding a little water and the Knorr to the oil residue. Stir in a teasp of the cream this makes a nice rich gravy.
- Serve with the lamb & Vege.
- Choc cream for dessert. You could add a little sweetening to this if desire. Davinci Syrups are good for this!
