Moβs tip: For added flavour you could use garlic salt and a pinch of cumin powder or dried herbs.
Best eaten while still warm but you can store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze. They will reheat wrapped in foil and placed in a hot oven for a few minutes.
This makes 2 portions as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 15g Ketocal 3:1 - UNFLAVOURED
- 8g Psyllium husk
- 20g Ultra fine fiberflour β LONJEVITY FOODS
- 20g Greek yoghurt
- You will also need 3g BARKAT baking powder and 30g of hot water.
Instructions
- Mix ALL the dry ingredients together.
- Add the hot water to the yoghurt and stir into the flour mixture.
- Mix until you get a soft dough.
- Pat or roll out to shape, not too thin!!
- Cook in a hot, dry frying pan for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
- After cooking you can brush with melted butter or oil if desired!
