Ingredients
- 32g Eggs
- 12g Olive oil
- 9g Ultra fine fiberflour β LONGEVITY FOODS
- 16g Double cream
- You will also need 10g cold water and some salt
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 190c / fan 170c / gas 6.
- Mix the cream and water with a pinch of salt.
- Beat the egg and add the cream and flour.
- Leave in the fridge for 20 β 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in two muffin tins or a 4-inch Yorkshire pudding tin.
- Add the batter, dividing equally if you are making two.
- Cook for approximately 12 β 15 minutes.
