Moβs tip: The olive oil and sweetener form a nice syrup which goes well with all the toppings.
This is nice for a teatime treat or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4g Butter
- 40g Full fat soft cheese β PHILADELPHIA
- 30g Double cream
- 44g Strawberries
- 8g Golden omega milled flaxseed β VIRGINIA HARVEST
- 4g Olive oil
- 4g Fresh lime juice
- You will also need some liquid sweetener or sugar free strawberry syrup, a few drops of vanilla extract, 3g of NATVIA or TRUVIA granules and ΒΌ teaspoon of ground ginger (optional).
Instructions
- Melt the butter and add to the flaxseed, sweetener granules and ginger if using. Set aside.
- Beat together the cream and Philadelphia with the vanilla extract and a few drops of liquid sweetener. Leave in the fridge.
- When ready to serve chop the strawberries and stir in the olive oil (extra virgin is a nice choice).
- Sweeten to taste with liquid sweetener or strawberry syrup.
- Place in a serving dish, add the cream mixture then top with the flaxseed.
