Mo’s tip: Keep in freezer for a quick treat.
You can use other fruits to flavour.
Ingredients
- 100g Double cream
- 15g Strawberries
- 20g Granular sweetener
Instructions
- Mash the strawberries and strain to remove the pips.
- Whip the cream, puree and sweetener until just beginning to thicken, it needs to be fairly thick but just able to pour into the molds.
- Place in lolly moulds and freeze.
