ICE CREAM USING MCTPROCAL

Notes
To serve as an ice cream it will need to be out of the freezer for approximately 10 minutes to soften a little, but if you use ice lolly moulds it makes great ice cream lollies!! You can use other flavours of extract, if you do then you will need to add some sweetener of your choice, approximately 10g if it’s granular or 7 drops if it’s liquid. I used MyProtein FLAVDROPS as it is already sweetened with sucralose and it does have a very nice strawberry flavour.
Ingredients
- 150g Double cream
- 12g MCTprocal
- You will also need 7 to 10 drops of MYPROTEIN FLAVDROPS strawberry flavour.
Instructions
- Add the MCT powder to the cream, then whip with the FLAVDROPS until thickened.
- Place in 4 small moulds to make 4 portions, it is easier to portion at this stage.
- Freeze.
- Keep in the freezer for a quick treat.
