This make two good high fat desserts/snacks each portion gives FAT: 22.94g PRO: 1.12g CHO 0.73g
Zero syrups comes in 4 flavours Banana. Strawberry.
Hazelnut & Chocolate and Salted caramel. you can use any of these in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 50g Alpro Almond Milk
- 70g Cream, fresh, double
- 20g Sukrin Gold
- 10g Oil, sunflower
Instructions
- You will also need 12g of ZERO Salted Caramel Syrup
- Start by heating the Alpro and Sukrin gold in a small pan simmer for a few minutes till it reduces and becomes syrupy.
- Add the Zero Salted caramel syrup & oil.
- Leave to go cold.
- Whisk the double cream till it starts to thicken then add the Sukrin syrup and continue whisking till thick & fluffy
- Place in a plastic containers suitable for freezing. This recipe makes two good helpings. Divide into 2 portions before freezing this makes life a lot easier when you need to serve it.
- Before serving leave in the fridge for approx 15 minutes to soften a little
- Freeze for at least 8 hours. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- If needed you can replace the sunflower oil with MCT oil.
