Moβs tip: This is simple and a good way of using up leftover celeriac.
I find it is better not to overcook the celeriac.
Drain it well to ensure it is nice and dry before weighing.
Easy to batch up for the family.
Ingredients
- 100g Celeriac - boiled
- 15g Spring onions
- 35g Mayonnaise β HELLMANNβS
- You will also need some seasoning and a little paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the celeriac into cubes.
- Chop the onion and add to the celeriac.
- Mix in the mayonnaise with some seasoning.
- Serve sprinkled with paprika (optional).
