Moβs tip: I made two portions and used vanilla extract, but any flavouring of your
choice will work.
High fat, low carb, and low protein treat or dessert.
Ingredients
- 100g Double cream
- 3g Cocoa dark supreme β LINDT 90%
- 10g Granular sweetener
- You will also need some flavouring (MORRISONS NATURAL flavourings are really good).
Instructions
- Grate the chocolate.
- Whip the cream and sweetener until just beginning to thicken, add the flavouring. I used vanilla extract.
- Gently stir in the grated chocolate, then place in a small container and freeze.
- To serve remove from the freezer for a few minutes to soften a little, or you can freeze in lolly moulds and keep in the freezer for a quick treat.
