You could make 4 snack size from this recipe.
A sweetener of your choice can be used in place of SUKRIN GOLD, but it does add to the colour and flavour of the buns.
TRUVIA BROWN is also good for this.
Ingredients
- 10g Butter
- 20g MCT oil
- 8g Raisins
- 54g Eggs
- 27g Panda flour V2
- 12g Sweetener - SUKRIN GOLD
- You will also need 1g of mixed spice or cinnamon, 2g LOW CARB GLUTEN FREE baking powder and 25g cold water.
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 190c / fan 170c / gas 6
- Reserve the butter.
- Mix together Panda flour, spice and baking powder.
- Chop the raisins and stir into the flour.
- Beat together the MCT oil, egg, cold water and SUKRIN GOLD sweetener.
- Mix into the dry ingredients.
- Put into 2 lightly greased muffin moulds, smooth the top.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve cut in half and spread with the butter.
