SOFT FOOD RECIPE PORRIDGE USING KETOCAL

Moβs tip: I used vanilla Ketocal but it will be ok with unflavoured too.
Ingredients
- 7g Oats So Simple - QUAKER
- 18g Ground almonds - MORRISONS
- 130g KetoCal liquid β vanilla flavour
- You will also need a few drops of liquid sweetener or JOSEPHβS sugar free maple syrup.
Instructions
- Mix together the oats and almonds.
- Heat the KetoCal and mix in the dry ingredients.
- Cook for a further 1 minute and leave to stand for 2 or 3 minutes β it will thicken up.
- Sweeten with a few drops of liquid sweetener or JOSEPHβS sugar free maple syrup.
