BANANA BREAD MKD Snack

Ingredients
- 11g Butter
- 11g Eggs, whole, raw
- 11g Ground Almonds
- 9g Bananas, flesh only
Instructions
- You will also need a few drops of sweetener a few drops of lemon extract, 1/4 teasp Barkat Baking powder
- Pre-heat oven to 170c/150c Fan Gas 3/4
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Soften or melt butter mix into the dry ingredients with the beaten egg, sweetener, extract & mashed banana
- Put into silicone mini loaf mould or mould of your choice
- Cook for approx 15 mins
- Cool before turning out
- Easy to batch up and freeze
