Ingredients
- 11g Macadamia Nuts Morrisons
- 6g Sunflower seeds
- 26g Pumpkin, raw
- 8g Coconut Virgin Oil BIONA ORGANIC
- 13g Pecan nuts, kernel only
- 6g Coconut Creamed Block Blue Dragon
Instructions
- You will also need a few drops of liquid sweetener
- Grind the nuts and seed til almost a paste.
- An electric coffees grinder is great for this
- Grate the creamed coconut. Melt the coconut oil
- Stir everything together with the sweetener
- It should form a ball, If it doesn't add a drop or two of warm water.
- Press into a silicone or non-stick mould
- Bake in a pre-heated oven 150c/Fan 130c/Gas 3 for approx 20 - 25 mins
- Turn out while just warm. If you batch up cut into portions while still warm
