MUESLI YOGHURT

Ingredients
- 3g Oats So Simple Quaker
- 3g Rice Bran Ener-G Foods (From Infinity Foods & other Health Food Shops)
- 2g Hazelnuts Chopped & Roasted Morrisons Home Baking Essentials
- 73g Alpro Light
- 1g Olive oil
- 30g Cream, fresh, clotted
- 22g Yogurt, greek style, plain
Instructions
- Mix together the nuts, oats & rice bran
- Mix clotted cream til it lossens then stir in the yoghurt and olive oil.
- Stir in the nuts etc with approx 30mls of cold water (more or less as prefered)
- You could also add a few drops of liquid sweetener or da Vinci Syrup
- Serve with the Alpro milk on the side which can also be sweetened or flavoured as desired.
- It doesn't look a lot but it is a nice filling breakfast or supper
