MCT ENGLISH BREAKFAST using BETAQUIK

Ingredients
- 20g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
- 50g Eggs, whole, raw
- 30g Sausages Black Farmers Daughter Chipolatas
- 10g MCT oil
- 25g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
- 3g Butter
- 18g Hovis Lower Carb Seeded
- 47g Betaquik
Instructions
- You will also need a little seasoning
- Heat the MCT oil gently in a small frying pan, add the
- sausage and cook for 8 mins, add the bacon & tomatoes and continue cooking till done.
- Remove from the pan and keep warm on a serving plate
- Add the butter. Fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
- Beat the egg and Betaquik together with a little seasoning and cooking in a small pan till nicely scrambled and set.
- Serve all items together making sure you get any residue from the frying pan.
- The Hovis Lower Carb Seeded bread is available from most supermarkets and cost around œ1.30 per loaf.
