Ginger Parkin Mini loaf
FATS: 38.20g CHO: 13.52g PRO: 5.15g KCAL: 418g
Ingredients
- 30g Ground Almonds
- 20g Butter
- 52g Eggs, whole, raw
- 4g Oats So Simple Quaker
- 1g Ginger, ground
- 15g of SUKRIN GOLD sweetener
- & 1/4 teasp Barkat baking powder.
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180c/160c Fan\Gas 5
- Melt the butter
- Mix ALL the dry ingredients together
- Stir the butter into the dry ingredients
- Then add the beaten egg and beat well
- Divde equally into two greased mini loaf tins 4βx2.5β
- Cook for approx 15 mins
- Can be batched and frozen
- SUKRIN GOLD gives a nice flavour and texture but you could substitute your preferred granular sweetener.
- Each mini loaf gives: FAT: 19.10g PRO: 6.75g CHO: 2.57g
