Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg
- 40g Smoked Salmon
- 15g Butter
- 41g Double Cream
- 1 Large egg
- 50g Alpro soya light milk
- 14g Bread with Psyllium husk
Instructions
- Whisk the egg with the Alpro, cream and some seasoning
- Melt the remaining butter in a pan and stir in the egg mixture stir gently till cooked through
- Serve with the smoked salmon and buttered bread on the side
- You could toast the bread if preferred
