Ingredients
- 6g Butter
- 2g Honey GALES
- 16g Walnuts, kernel only
Instructions
- You will need a good pinch of cinnamon
- Put the walnut pieces in a microwavable bowl sprinkle with a pinch of cinnmon, drizzle over the honey and dot with butter.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds
- Serve warm
- These are still delicious & crunchy when cold and make good party nibbles
- This recipe has a small amount of honey which can be OK for some but we advise you to check with your dietitian.
- If preferred you can replace it with 2g Joseph's sugar-free Maple syrup. I found it to be the best substitute. But if the honey is allowed it is a lovely party treat!
