YOGHURT AND PECAN GRANOLA BREAKFAST

Ingredients
- 49g Greek style yoghurt - MORRISONS
- 5g Blueberries - MORRISONS
- 30g Double cream β MORRISONS extra thick
- 3g Butter
- 13g Shelled pecan nuts - MORRISONS
- You will also need approximately 2g of JOSEPHβS sugar free maple syrup and liquid sweetener if desired.
Instructions
- Chop the nuts but leave them chunky, place in a microwaveable dish, drizzle with the syrup and top with butter cut in to small pieces.
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds, stir and leave to cool.
- Mix together the cream, yoghurt and chopped blueberries (you can add a little sweetener if desired).
- Top with the nut granola, drizzle with a little more maple syrup.
