Ingredients
- 10g Psyllium Husk
- 35g Coconut Powder TRS or East End
Instructions
- Free From Nuts, Gluten and Dairy
- You will also need some seasoning or spice to flavour and approx 100mls HOT water
- Mix the Coconut with the psyllium husk with enough HOT water to form a dough
- Form into two equal pieces then pat or roll into rounds
- Place in a dry HOT frying pan and cook for 2 mins each side.
- When you turn it overpress down on the surface this will make it puff up a little and makes the chapatti lighter
- Each one gives FAT: 10.85g PRO: 0.98g CHO: 1.12g
