PANCAKE WITH SUGAR FREE SYRUP

Notes
It is better to cook slowly rather than in a very hot pan, then the pancake turns over easily!
Fruit can be added if more carb is required.
Ingredients
- 50g Egg
- 29g Ground almonds
- 14g Double cream
- 8g Oil of your choice
- 20g Water
- You will also need sugar free syrup - JOSEPHβS MAPLE is nice.
Instructions
- Mix together the ground almonds, beaten egg, cream and 20g of water.
- Let it stand for at least 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- When hot (not too hot!) pour in the batter mixture and cook until the mixture is brown underneath and set on top, then flip over to cook the other side.
- Serve with the syrup.
