Ingredients
- 52g Eggs, whole, raw
- 20g Cheese Mature Cheddar
- 18g Onions, raw
- 20g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
- 44g Cream, fresh, double
- 17g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
Instructions
- You will also need 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 180c/fan 160c/gas 5
- Finely chop the bacon and onions
- Mix everything together including the mustard powder
- Divide into 8 mini muffin moulds
- Cook for approx 20 mins
