Ingredients
- 12g Coconut Flour β TRS or EAST END
- 12g Golden omega milled flaxseed β VIRGINIA HARVEST
- 52g Eggs
- 10g Butter
- 17g Double cream
- You will also need a pinch of salt, ΒΎ cup of water and 1 tablespoon of sweetener granules.
Instructions
- Place the coconut, flax, water and salt in a small saucepan over a medium heat.
- Stir until it thickens, remove from the heat and stir in the beaten egg.
- Return to the heat and add the cream, sweetener and butter, stir until it thickens again.
